- Warm color temperature (3500–4500 K), not cool blue
- Windows not blown out – landscape or sky visible
- No people, no text overlay, no watermarks
- Composition: rule of thirds, strong leading line
What AI enhancement does to that photo
AI corrects perspective (walls stay vertical), balances exposure (windows stop being white blobs), neutralizes color casts, and cleans up sensor noise on phone shots. What it does not do at Archify: add furniture that is not there, remove defects, or fake the view outside your window. Airbnb bans that – and your review scores punish it.
